Major Upgrade to Localytics Platform Drives Mobile and Web App Monetization

As company exceeds 1 billion total supported devices, Localytics introduces push messaging, A/B testing and enhanced acquisition management

BOSTON – Aug. 7, 2013 – Localytics (localytics.com), the leading marketing and analytics platform provider for mobile and web apps, today introduced the next generation of its platform with three major, new components that optimize the entire app marketing lifecycle, including acquisition, customer interaction, testing and personalization and, ultimately, monetization. They include:

  • Localytics Interact – Push Messaging: Lets marketers create highly targeted push campaigns by leveraging insights from the platform’s analytics and segmentation capabilities. Complementing Localytics’ existing in-app messaging capabilities, marketers can now engage existing users outside of their app, re-engage inactive users or target users based on their in-app activity, for example, those who have abandoned a shopping cart.
  • Localytics Personalize – A/B Testing: Helps marketers easily A/B test and dynamically change content to deliver customized user experiences and optimize these based on impact to conversions, retention and lifetime value. Using Localytics Personalize, brands can quickly make and measure changes in the app on the fly without having to resubmit code or re-upload to the app store.
  • Localytics Acquire: A completely re-engineered acquisition management solution featuring a new dashboard that unifies all acquisition campaigns across multiple mobile advertising platforms and networks, including Facebook, Fiksu, Millennial Media, StrikeAd and others. Localytics Acquire helps marketers optimize their acquisition strategy by connecting campaign acquisition costs with engagement and lifetime value metrics.
