Chief Executive Officer
Raj is the CEO and Co-Founder of Localytics. Under Raj’s leadership, Localytics has become the leading and most powerful analytics and marketing platform for apps and secured key partnerships with some of the world’s most well-known brands, including Microsoft and The New York Times.
Prior to Localytics, Raj spent 12 years building a variety of technology companies. Most recently he was a management consultant in the wireless space with Bain & Company and Adventis.
At Adventis, Raj led the formation of the multi-billion dollar Disney Mobile venture in Japan and worked alongside Steve Jobs at Apple to develop the business framework for the iPhone. Previously, Raj held sales leadership positions at Proco Machinery and Requisite Technology.
A recognized industry expert, Raj frequently lends his knowledge on mobile, big data and analytics at industry conferences and has been quoted in USA Today, CNN, and Mashable on the topics of mobile, analytics, big data and entrepreneurship. Raj completed his MBA with Honors from the Ivey School of Business and London Business School.
Chief Technology Officer
Henry co-founded Localytics in 2008. He leads our engineering team and oversees the technology vision for Localytics. Before Localytics, Henry spent several years in the Windows Core OS division at Microsoft, contributing to its app analytics service, where his team received several Microsoft Engineering Excellence awards including the prestigious Chairman's award.
His development experience covers many areas including software and systems for banks and universities. Henry is also a race car enthusiast. He graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science.
Senior Vice President, Product & Engineering
Mike Aeschliman leads the engineering organization at Localytics, where he is responsible for scaling the team, creating the long-term technology strategy, and providing the architecture and infrastructure vision to grow the company’s platform. Mike was previously at Rackspace, where he ran Product and Engineering for their private cloud division, and eventually led their entire private cloud business. Prior to RackSpace, Mike spent 16 years in various infrastructure and engineering roles at Fidelity, where he led several disruptive, innovative projects and saw the company through a significant growth period. Mike has a MBA in Finance from Bentley College and a B.S. in Finance/Management from Providence College.
Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO, Josh oversees global marketing, branding and advertising strategy for Localytics. An accomplished data-driven marketer, he brings 18 years of strategic and tactical experience to Localytics from previous roles at Constant Contact and Staples. At Constant Contact, he was the architect of the successful, high-volume customer growth strategy, helping to grow the company from 50,000 customers to over 600,000. He also served as GM of Website Strategy, where he helped successfully evolve their digital strategy from a single-product focus to a multi-product suite. As Marketing Manager at Staples, he fused in-depth consumer marketing knowledge and new technology solutions into their customer loyalty marketing. Josh holds a MBA from Colorado State University and a BS in Economics and Human Behavior from Babson College.
Chief Revenue Officer
Previously Scott scaled ExactTarget from $3M to $110M+ and Scott has also served as EVP of Sales at Compendium, VP of Sales and Marketing at Inforonics, President of Zmags, Board Member at Shoutlet, and as an advisor in TinderBox. During Scott’s seven-year run as EVP for ExactTarget, Bleczinski enjoyed 28 consecutive quarters of sales growth, taking the company from $3 million in revenue to more than $110 million, resulting in its acquisition by Salesforce for $2.5 billion. Scott brings a track record of financial growth and will be responsible for leading the commercial and go to market organizations for Localytics.
Chief Customer Officer
Lou leads the product organization at Localytics, where he is responsible for the company’s product vision and evangelizing app marketing and analytics to the start-up community. Prior to Localytics, Lou was VP of Product for join.me at LogMeIn, where he helped build it into one of the world’s fastest growing collaboration products. He also led Product efforts for the company’s flagship IT product, LogMeIn Rescue. Prior to LogMeIn, he held various product, sales and marketing leadership roles at Monitor, a leading strategy consultancy, and Extraprise, a boutique technology services firm. Lou holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bentley University.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Paul oversees the finance, human resources, and legal functions for Localytics. A senior executive with strong leadership, management, and operational skills, Paul brings over 20 years of experience in dynamic, growth-oriented companies that range from venture-backed startups to profitable publicly-held companies. Prior to joining Localytics, Paul held senior level positions at a number of technology companies including Silverlink Communications, ITA Software, and Art Technology Group. Paul began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he became a Certified Public Accountant. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
Vice President, Strategic Enterprise Accounts
As VP Strategic Enterprise Accounts, Craig is responsible for building Localytics’ global enterprise and channel sales organization. Prior to Localytics, Craig held various leadership roles at ExactTarget, a Salesforce company, most recently as Regional VP of East Enterprise Sales. During his 10 years with the company, he helped grow their sales organization and launch their international sales offices. He has also worked at Printable.com and Zip Sort. Craig holds a BA in Communications from Marquette University.
